I have been a tenant for over a year. When I first moved in they only had a 1 bed unit available but once a 2 bed opened up they took care of me quickly and easily. Mark, Shane and Kathy are awesome. The units were newly remodeled when I moved in and the few matinee issues were taken care of quickly.

I have been a resident of Anndell Park Apartments for well over twenty years. Over these many years, I have been totally fascinated with the admirable closeness between individual tenants and the property owners, as well as the very high quality of services provided to enhance residents' total comfort. In general, the complex units and the surroundings are well maintained. The quiet neighborhood which is a little over half a mile turn from State Avenue, Kansas City, Kansas, is captivating and attractive to everyone seeking to keep away from the bustle and hustle crowded areas.
